The Family Connection
At FaithWalk we are in week 6 of a 10 week study of the New Testament. Today’s lesson is the story of the Parable of the Vineyard. This Bible story can be found in Matthew 21:33-46. According to our curriculum, “Here We Stand”, the goal for this lesson is to show that God will not tolerate misuse by those called to work for the kingdom.
Parable of the Vineyard
Students, ask your parents the following questions and record their answers:
1. List three ways you can be a good steward of the resources God has given you.
2. What does God think when we misuse the resources God has created for us. Why?
3. What is one thing your family can do together that would be an example of being a good steward ?

Prayer: Dear God, You have asked us to be good stewards of the things you have given us. Forgive us when we fail to be a good steward. Help us to live our lives as Jesus would. Amen
